vSafe — PancakeSwap LP Migration
Simple steps for vSafe using PancakeSwap LP
This article outlines Value DeFi’s response to the PancakeSwap migration. For users unfamiliar with this event, please go here for more information. All users in any PancakeSwap LP vSafe will be required to exit and follow the steps below.
All funds are safe regardless of when users choose to migrate their PancakeSwap LP tokens, only your rewards will stop at 5am UTC, April 23rd.
User Instructions
Instructions regarding the PancakeSwap migration and new Pancake v2 Vaults
- Wait until PancakeSwap’s migration site is live (5am UTC).
- Withdraw from any vSafe using PancakeSwap LP.
- Go to PancakeSwap with your LP and follow the process on their migration site.
- Deposit Pancake LPv2 at new vSafe (when available).
Value DeFi releasing new PancakeSwap V2 vSafes
vSafe users are free to undergo the migration themselves when available, no funds will be lost.
Once the steps from the above section completed, you will be able to re-deposit after we release new compatible vSafes:
- We must first wait for PancakeSwap V2 to go live (migration site to be live).
- We will then release new vSafes for PancakeSwap V2 (this will be announced separately when completed).
FAQ
Which vSafe are affected?
Any vSafe that requires PancakeSwap LP tokens. We will add ‘Inactive’ labels to any affected vSafe so our users can easily identify and act to continue earning.
Will I lose any assets from this migration?
The simple answer is No. Nothing of your current assets will be lost, even if you are not able to make the migration straight away. Any current PancakeSwap LP vSafe will simply start to receive 0 rewards after the migration time of 5am UTC.
